Abstract:
Pygmalion Effect is put forward by the famous American psychologist Rosenthal, which is considered to be one of the most magical psychological phenomenon in the history of education. In the ideological and political education work in college, it is not only advantageous for the student work innovation, but also can actively guide students and arouse the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning to make use of Pygmalion Effect. It can effectively excavate students' own development potential and promote students' growth in an all-round way to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.
