这项研究的目的是评估多向变向快速移动冲刺(RSmulti)与重复折返冲刺(RSS)训练对大学生足球运动员变向移动速度和灵敏性的影响.20名大学生足球运动员分成两组参加RSmulti或RSS训练.对于这两个组,每次训练课程安排20次持续15 s的冲刺运动,每次练习之间有30 s的恢复时间.RSmulti组在视觉刺激下进行随向移动训练,而RSS组进行单一的折返冲刺.运动员在实验前后分别进行纵跳和20 m直线冲刺测试、伊利诺伊灵敏性测试(IAT)、视觉刺激下的变向移动测试(Speedcourt).RSmulti和RSS两组在纵跳测试(p=0.512,ES=0.16; p=0.317,ES=0.11)和20 m冲刺测试(p=0.685,ES=0.10; p=0.182,ES=0.24)中均未表现出差异性.IAT测试对比显示,两组均有改善(p=0.008<0.01,ES=1.13; p=0.044<0.05,ES=0.57).在视觉刺激下的变向移动测试中RSmulti组(p=0.006<0.01,ES=1.12)有明显改善,而RSS组没有明显改善(p=0.361,ES=0.25).综上所述,通过RSmulti和RSS改进了IAT的性能.然而,RSmulti组是在视觉刺激条件下进行的训练,这可能导致运动员因特定的适应性改善了变向移动速度和反应灵敏性.
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects ofrepeatedSprinttraining with multi-directional change-of-directionmovements(RSmulti)and repeatedshuttle sprint(RSS)training on the change-of-direction speed and agility of college football players.Twenty college football players are divided into two groups to participate in RSmulti or RSS training.For both groups, 20 training sessions lasted 15 seconds for each training session, with 30 seconds of recovery time between each session.The RSmulti group performs on-the-job movement training under visual stimulation, while the RSS group performs a single repeated sprint.Athletes performed vertical jump and 20m straight sprint test before and after the experiment, Illinois sensitivity test(IAT), and variable movement test under visual stimulation(Speedcourt).The RSmulti and RSS groups were tested in the vertical jump test(p=0.512, ES=0.16; p=0.317, ES=0.11)and the 20m sprint test(p=0.685, ES=0.10; p=0.182, ES=0.24).Did not show differences.Comparison of the IAT test showed improvement in both groups(p=0.008<0.01, ES=1.13; p=0.044<0.05, ES=0.57).In the variable movement test under visual stimulation, the RSmulti group(p=0.006<0.01, ES=1.12)showed significant improvement, while the RSS group showed no significant improvement(p=0.361, ES=0.25).In summary, the performance of IAT has been improved by RSmulti and RSS.However, the RSmulti group is trained under visual stimulation conditions, which may result in athletes improving the speed of change and the agility of response due to specific adaptability.
