摘要:
随着污水排放标准不断提高,污水厂需改造处理工艺以满足稳定达标排放的要求,同时还需进行工艺优化以降低运行成本、节省基建费用和运行费用.本文以某城市污水处理厂A2O工艺为例,通过对工艺沿程水质参数及污泥动力学参数测定,诊断该厂存在的问题并给出优化运行建议,结果表明,碳源不足是导致该厂脱氮除磷效果不佳的主要原因,通过分析,建议该厂采取投加外碳源和提高反硝化碳源利用率的方法来提高系统脱氮效率.
Abstract:
With the continuous improvement of the sewage discharge standard, the sewage treatment plant needs to transform the treatment process to meet the requirements of emission standards. Process optimization is also needed to reduce running costs, save infrastructure costs and running costs. This research takes the A2O process in one of the municipal sewage treatment plant as an example, and on the basis of the measurement on the process along water quality parameters and sludge kinetic parameters to diagnose the problems of the sewage treatment plant and give the suggestions. It shows that the main reason of poor effects on deoxygenation and dephosphorizaton is lacking of carbon. According to a series of analysis, this article proposes this plant increasing the external carbon source and improving the utilization rate of denitrification carbon source to improve the system denitrification efficiency.
