摘要:
声音研究是两栖动物学研究的一个重要范畴.本文研究了四川省若尔盖湿地自然保护区分布的岷山蟾蜍释放叫声的特征,并比较了繁殖期处于抱对和未抱对的雄性个体释放叫声的差异,结果表明,该蟾蜍释放叫声的鸣声数为(4.778 2±1.157 9 )次,鸣声平均时长为(0.040 2±0.137 8)s,鸣声间隔时间为(0.209 8±0.165 83)s,能量为(71.457 6±5.270 7)dB,脉冲数为(72.208 7±26.421 7)个,脉冲时间为(0.002±0.001 2)s,平均音高为(373.794 1±36.169 3)Hz.抱对的和未抱对的个体间,仅鸣声时长[未抱对(0.032±0.006)s,抱对(0.049±0.015)s]和平均音高[未抱对(385.645±36.138)Hz,抱对(361.320±32.603 )Hz]具有显著差别,这可能反映了抱对个体和未抱对个体身体质量或遗传品质的差异.
Abstract:
Acoustic research is an important field of amphibian studies. In this study, we investigated the release call of male Bufo minshanicus distributed in the National Nature Reserve in Ruoergai Wetland,Sichuan,China and investigated the differences in release calls between the paired males and unpaired males. Our study showed that mean call times produced by the toads were(4.778 2±1.157 9)time/s, and mean time of each call was(0.040 2±0.137 8)s, time interval of each call was(0.209 8±0.165 83)s, call intensity was(71.457 6±5.270 7)dB,pulse number was(72.208 7±26.421 7)time/s,mean pulse time was( 0.002±0.001 2)s,frequency was(373.794 1±36.169 3)Hz. There were significant differences in call time and frequency between paired males and unpaired males perhaps reflecting the differences in body condition and genetic quality between them.
