摘要:
实践取向的教师教育包括教师专业形象以及教师教育课程目标、课程内容、课程实施的实践转向。实践取向教师教育课程改革主要包括人才培养目标的实践设定,课程结构、课程内容、教学方法、课程评价的实践取向,实践反思取向的全学程教育实践。“三位一体”协同育人机制支撑不足,“理”“实”融合的教师教育师资队伍建设乏力,实践取向的课程内容、实施与评价有待持续推进,实践取向课程保障体系不健全,是实践取向教师教育课程改革面临的困境。
Abstract:
Practice-oriented teacher education includes teacher professional image, teacher education curriculum goal, curriculum content, and curriculum implementation practice. The curriculum reform of teacher education mainly includes the practice setting of talent training goal, the practice orientation of curriculum structure, curriculum content, teaching method, curriculum evaluation, and the whole course education practice of practice reflection orientation. The curriculum reform of practical orientation teacher education faces the many problems: the support of the "trinity" collaborative education mechanism is insufficient, teachers' team of teacher education integrating college and elementary school is weak, the content and implementation and evaluation of practical orientation curriculum need to be further promoted, and the guarantee system of practical orientation curriculum is not perfect.
